Bisi Aina

Dr. Bisi Aina is the Managing Director of SoftAlliance and Resources Limited, a role he has held since February 2022. Under his leadership, the company has achieved significant milestones, including enhancing brand equity, implementing an integrated management system resulting in four ISO certifications, and establishing three subsidiary companies to meet regulatory requirements. Dr. Aina has successfully diversified the company’s revenue model from a B2B service provider to include Service-Based Public-Private Partnership models, ensuring enhanced business sustainability. Currently, the company is developing a robust cloud infrastructure to mitigate the impact of forex fluctuations for its customers.

Before becoming Managing Director, Dr. Aina managed several turnkey projects for SoftAlliance, including notable ventures such as the OANDO Managed Services Oracle ERP implementation and the Ecobank Oracle HCM implementation for eProcess International across 36 affiliates globally. His expertise extends to the public sector, where he led the Bayelsa State Integrated Financial Management Information System project funded by the World Bank.

Dr. Aina’s career is a blend of veterinary medicine and information technology. After graduating from the University of Ibadan with a degree in Veterinary Medicine, he founded Veterinary Drugs & Services Nigeria Limited in 1990. He later expanded the company’s operations to various sectors of the agriculture industry under VD&S Farmers Centre. Upon relocating to Canada in 1999, Dr. Aina transitioned to information technology, obtaining further education from Compulearn IT Institute in Michigan. Over the past 25 years, he has held senior IT roles for multinational companies in the USA, including Ford Motor Company, Cendant Corporation, and Citi WorldCom, as well as various public and private sector establishments in Ohio.
